It deserves its 3 stars. Really enjoyed that there was Mcdonald's with short-orders 4-6 minutes walking distance the venue, super convenient.

staff were friendly, rooms were very clean, high-speed internet access was reliable. the breakfast was complimentary, featured good choice of meals. their manager is the best! interesting place for exploring mount vernon.
